Portfolio Administrator:  The Portfolio Administrator is responsible for managing the integrity of the portfolio management database. In addition, this role reviews client accounts, and coordinates account transfers and other account-related activities. This role may also be responsible for generating client reports and managing the client billing process.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who desires a career path in the financial planning industry and possesses the technical and analytical skills needed to support investment activity.  This position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or economics or related experience, 1+ years experience in the financial services industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Preferred candidates will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Orion Advisor Services, and Riskalyze.

 

Associate Financial Planner:  The Associate Financial Planner works directly with Senior Financial Planners to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of clients. This position is responsible for providing support to Financial Planners including data gathering, case design, scenario building, financial plan development, and financial plan implementation. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, or economics or related experience, 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, and be working towards the CFP Designation.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Preferred candidates will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Orion Advisor Services, eMoney, and Riskalyze.

 

Senior Financial Planner: The Senior Financial Planner is the firm’s main point of contact with a select group of clients. The position has responsibility for managing client relationships and formulating and implementing advice. The Senior Financial Planner is responsible for leading the firm’s new client expansion effort, with day-to-day responsibilities including generating and servicing new clients as well as servicing existing clients. This position also works with, trains, and supervises other team members in client service delivery. This position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, or economics or related experience, 5+ years experience in the financial services industry, and a proven track record of developing prospects and landing new clients. A CFP designation and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.  Preferred candidates will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Orion Advisor Services, eMoney, and Riskalyze.
