Client Service Coordinator: The Client Service Coordinator works directly with Financial Planners to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of clients and is responsible for onboarding new clients, day-to-day servicing of existing clients, account maintenance, and client communications. This role serves as a key contact person for all account-related client requests.
Associate Financial Planner: The Associate Financial Planner works directly with Senior Financial Planners to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of clients. This position is responsible for providing support to Financial Planners including data gathering, case design, scenario building, financial plan development, and financial plan implementation. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, or economics or related experience, 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, and be working towards the CFP Designation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Preferred candidates will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Orion Advisor Services, eMoney, and Riskalyze.
Senior Financial Planner: The Senior Financial Planner is the firm’s main point of contact with a select group of clients. The position has responsibility for managing client relationships and formulating and implementing advice. The Senior Financial Planner is responsible for leading the firm’s new client expansion effort, with day-to-day responsibilities including generating and servicing new clients as well as servicing existing clients. This position also works with, trains, and supervises other team members in client service delivery. This position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, or economics or related experience, 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, and a proven track record of developing prospects and landing new clients. A CFP designation and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Orion Advisor Services, eMoney, and Riskalyze.
